What is LudoNarraCon 2025?
LudoNarraCon 2025 (LNC) is a FREE digital convention hosted on Steam, with a focus on celebrating narrative and storytelling in video games and the talented and dedicated people who make such titles. The initiative was started in 2019 by indie publishing label Fellow Traveller, creating a platform to showcase unique and innovative narrative-centric games. This year’s event is only the third event of its kind and will run from 10am PDT on the 1st May – 5th May.
Being an entirely digital event removes any geographical focus or restrictions and enables LudoNarraCon to concentrate on the focus of the convention and appeal to a relatively niche market on a global scale. The overall aim is to replicate as many of the aspects and benefits of a physical convention as possible, without the many drawbacks of a crowded exhibition floor.
The LudoNarraCon 2025 Festivities will include:
- A selection of 50 games showcasing behind-the-scenes content on their Steam store pages
- A vast selection of demos will be available to download and play during the digital festival – some available for the first time!
- 15 hours of panel discussions and fireside chats with industry leaders live on the ‘main theatre’ stream.
- Streamed sessions showcasing some of the demos on offer.
- A story-rich mega bundle of 10 games will be available on Steam.
- Multiple narrative games will be available in a special LudoNarraCon sale.
LudoNarraCon 2025 Exhibitors
During the digital festival, the 50 exhibiting narrative games will give behind-the-scenes insights via live streams on their store pages, with a large number of these having playable demos, many of which are being debuted for the first time during LudoNarraCon 2025!

Fireside Talks
Also streaming on Steam is a series of casual fireside chats featuring influential figures from the narrative game scene including writer and director Sam Lake who has worked on titles such as Alan Wake 2 and Control, Davey Wreden, an independent game developer who’s worked on such titles as The Stanley Parable, The Beginner’s Guide, and Wanderstop, and Lucy James, the lead producer at GameSpot and Giant Bomb and co-host of the Friends Per Second podcast.
